Anvil Bench

What we collect, and what we don’t.

Anvil Bench is a small marketing studio. We collect the minimum we need to do the work, we don’t sell data, and we tell you plainly what happens to it.

Effective May 17, 2026.

Who we are

Anvil Bench (“Anvil Bench,” “we,” “us”) is a marketing services studio operating in the United States, with a working address at 3201 Dallas Pkwy #200, Frisco, TX 75034. Questions about this policy can go to info@anvilbench.com.

What we collect

  • Audit requests. When you request a free reach audit, we collect the email address you write from and the business website URL you share. That is all we ask for.
  • Email correspondence. If you reply to one of our emails, we retain that thread the same way any email account retains messages.
  • Public business information. To produce an audit we read publicly available pages on your business website and your Google Business Profile. We do not log into anything.
  • Basic site analytics. Standard server logs and aggregate page-view counts. No third-party advertising trackers.

How we use it

  • To produce and deliver the audit you requested.
  • To follow up with you about the audit, and, if relevant, to talk about whether paid engagement makes sense.
  • To improve the audit methodology in aggregate (e.g., noticing that a particular issue is common across businesses).

We do not sell, rent, or trade your information. We do not share it with advertisers. We do not enrich it against third-party data brokers.

Service providers we rely on

We use a small number of standard vendors to run the business: a website host, an email service for sending and receiving messages, and basic analytics. Each handles data under its own privacy terms. We pick vendors that don’t monetize your data.

Cookies

The marketing site uses only the cookies required for the site to function and to count aggregate visits. No cross-site advertising trackers.

Your choices

  • Email a copy of what we have.Reply to any email from us and ask. We’ll send what’s on file within a reasonable window.
  • Delete.Ask us to delete your record and we will, except where we’re legally required to retain something (e.g., a contract).
  • Stop hearing from us.Reply “unsubscribe” or just “stop” to any email and we’ll close the loop.

California, Texas, and other state-law residents have additional rights regarding access, correction, deletion, and opt-out of sale. We don’t sell data, so the opt-out is moot, but the other rights are honored on request.

Retention

We keep audit-related email and records for as long as the conversation is active, plus a short window after, unless you ask us to delete sooner. Engagement records for paid clients follow whatever the engagement letter specifies.

Children

Anvil Bench’s services are for U.S. businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes

If this policy changes meaningfully we’ll update the effective date at the top, and, for material changes that affect existing recipients, email a note explaining what changed.
