Agreement

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Anvil Bench website at anvilbench.com (the “Site”) and any audits, reports, or other deliverables we provide (the “Services”). By using the Site or requesting an audit you agree to these Terms.

Who we are

Anvil Bench is a marketing services studio operating in the United States, with a working address at 3201 Dallas Pkwy #200, Frisco, TX 75034.

The free reach audit

The audit is a written report covering a business’s local search presence, Google Business Profile, on-site fundamentals, and a small number of recommended next steps. It’s offered at no charge as a way to start a conversation. By requesting an audit you confirm:

• You are an authorized representative of the business you ask us to audit, or you have permission to share its public information with us.
• You understand the audit is based on publicly available information only. We do not log into Google Business Profile, analytics, ad accounts, or any other system during the free audit.
• You understand the audit is informational and not a guarantee of search ranking, traffic, conversion, or revenue outcomes.

Paid engagements

If you decide to engage Anvil Bench for paid work, the terms of that engagement (scope, deliverables, fees, cancellation) are set in a separate written agreement. To the extent that agreement conflicts with these Terms, the engagement letter controls for the work it covers.

No guarantees on outcomes

Local search, Google Business Profile, and organic discoverability depend on factors outside any vendor’s control, including Google’s ranking systems, your competitive landscape, and how the business operates day to day. We work in good faith using methods we believe to be effective, but we do not promise specific ranking, lead volume, or revenue results.

Intellectual property

The Site, including its text, design, and any methodology we publish, is owned by Anvil Bench. You may read and share the public pages. Audit reports we deliver to you may be used inside your business, including shared with employees and contractors, but may not be republished or resold without written permission.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Site or the Services to: violate any law; infringe anyone’s rights; submit a business you do not have permission to submit; or attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or scrape the Site at scale.

Third-party links

The Site and audits may link to third-party tools or resources. We don’t control those, and we’re not responsible for their content or terms.

Disclaimer

The Site and Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent allowed by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Anvil Bench’s total liability for any claim arising out of the Site or the free audit is limited to one hundred U.S. dollars ($100). Liability tied to paid engagements is governed by the engagement letter. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or lost goodwill.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Anvil Bench harmless from third-party claims arising out of your misuse of the Site or the Services, or your breach of these Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Collin County, Texas, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by a new effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Site or Services after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
